Exterior Change Request

 
TO SUBMIT A PROJECT REQUEST FOR REVIEW:
 
All exterior modifications and/or additions require prior approval of the Architectural Committee.

The Subordinate Architectural Control Committee reviews plans online. Submittals may be sent back for more information, approval or rejection.

Commencing rejected projects can and most likely will result in having the homeowner remove at their expense any portion of the construction and/or the related materials and debris associated with the project. 

Approved projects are followed up on to ensure the scope, materials, color, size and drawings match the plans submitted. Adding to, altering colors or changing the plan requires re-submittal.

In cases where projects were different than what was submitted, removal of the project at the homeowner's expense may be required. 

Use the Submittal Form Checklist to help you with your submission.  Be sure to include the details of your project request, including but not limited to:
 
  • Survey plat showing the proposed location of your project
  • Dimensions and Elevations
  • Description of Materials to be Used
  • Color Information (if applicable - brand and color name or number)
