Amenity Center

The Behrens Ranch Residents Center is a building that neighborhood residents can reserve for special events located at 2503 Arbor Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681.  It is also called the Amenity Center.  
 

Features include:

  • Refrigerator
  • Restroom
  • Air Conditioning
  • Ceiling Fans
  • 8 Large Tables
  • Seating for 40 People
Rules:
  1. The Amenity Center and Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
  2. Use of the facility will be limited to 1x per calendar month per household.
  3. Reservations can only be scheduled up to 3 months in advance.
  4. When booking the Amenity Center, please allow for at least a 30 minute preparation time and a 30 minute clean-up time in your reservation.  Reservations cannot be less than 2 hours or more than 4 hours. 
  5. No push pins are to be used to hang up any decorations. If you must hang decorations for a party please use sticky tac and remove it once your event is over.
  6. If you use the ceiling fans please make sure they are turned off before you leave.
  7. No abusive or obnoxious behavior.
  8. Noise and disturbances that carry outside the area to the point that other residents are disturbed will not be tolerated.
  9. You must leave the area at the designated time.
  10. No smoking in the Amenity Center or pool area.
  11. No glass containers are allowed in the outside areas surrounding the Amenity Center, including the pool area.
  12. Amenity Center reservations do not include exclusive use of the pool.
  13. Wet clothing is not allowed on the furniture inside the Amenity Center.
  14. No person shall hold liable the Behrens Ranch Homeowners Association for any personal injury or property damage associated with the use of the amenities areas.
  15. The cleaning checklist, posted inside of cleaning closet door, must be completed during your reservation time. If you finish off a cleaning supply from the closet, or notice it is very low, please report this to PAMco so the item can be replenished.
  16. Failure to complete the cleaning checklist, damaged or missing items will be the responsibility of the resident reserving the Amenity Center and that resident must pay the full amount to repair, replace, or clean.
  17. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the loss of the privilege to reserve the area and or forfeiture of your deposit or a fee of $100 charged to your Association account.
