Advertisements in Behrens Ranch newsletter:

The cost to advertise in the Behrens Ranch newsletter is $60.00/issue for a standard business card sized ad. This price will increase as circulation increases.

Ads will be grouped together on one to two pages. For a 6 page newsletter there will be 8 ads. For an 8 page newsletter there will be 10 ads .

Ads will not appear on the front or back cover. In a 6 page newsletter, ads will not be placed on the 8.5 x 11 page inserted into the center.

Advertisers will be taken on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will be maintained to reserve ad space in future issues. Placement on the waiting list is determined by date of receipt of payment.

The ad for a business can run for up to three consecutive issues provided the ad is paid for in advance. After those three issues, that advertiser will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list as it exists on the deadline for article and advertisement submission for that third issue. The ad can run again once they are first on the waiting list and there is an open space available. This could be the very next issue.

Businesses owned by Behrens Ranch residents will have priority. Other ads will only be accepted when a space cannot otherwise be filled. These outside ads cannot be guaranteed to appear in 3 consecutive issues as it can be supplanted by an ad for a Behrens Ranch resident owned business.

The Communications Committee retains sole discretion to edit and reject ads which are offensive or inappropriate for the intended audience.

Political advertisements will not be accepted.

We do not accept ads that could be interpreted as soliciting individuals under the age of 19 or supporting workers under the age of 19 years (e.g. soliciting or supporting teen aged baby-sitters).

Advertisers need to submit an electronic version of their ad in either jpeg or gif format.

Multiple advertisers within the same business category will be accepted.

There will be no discounts.

Checks should be made out to Behrens Ranch MA and submitted to Certified Management.

Ads can be retracted prior to the submission deadline for a full refund.
