The Capital Area Food Bank, Boys Scouts of America, K-Eye 42 and Randalls are once again teaming up again this year to participate in “Scouting for

Food 2009 – Keep Texas Fed” campaign.

Cub Scouts from local Pack 365 (Cactus Ranch Elementary) will be walking the Behrens Ranch neighborhood on Saturday morning, July 25^th collecting canned and non-perishable food donations from doorsteps for direct delivery to the Round Rock Serving Center.

If you are interested in participating, please place non-perishable food in a bag on your doorstep on Saturday, July 25^th by 10:00am (if you use a plastic bag, we will recycle it) and a Cub Scout will stop by and pick it up.

Food most in need (but we will take anything you can donate):

• Canned meat, stew, tuna, and chili (pop tops preferred)
• Canned vegetables
• Pasta and pasta sauce
• Baby Food and formula
• Beans and rice
• Healthy cereals
• Peanut butter
