The Behrens Ranch Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place this year on Sunday, April  5th at 3pm sharp at the Amenity Center.
Please make sure to drop off a dozen filled plastic eggs (no chocolate please as it melts) per child prior to the event. Label each bag of eggs with your child’s age, as we willl have different age group locations.

YOU MUST DONATE EGGS IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO PARTICIPATE!

There are 3 locations for egg drop-offs the week prior to the event:

• The Crossing:  2505 Salorn Way
• The Creek:  2824 Stonecreek Place
• The Park:  3256 Ranch Park Trail

Behrens Ranch Residents:
Hopefully all have heard by now, the Behrens Ranch neighborhood has reached a critical stage in our community history. Due to recent actions passed by the Mayor and city Council of Round Rock, Behrens Ranch is finally in a position to take 100% control of the Homeowners Association and unseat the Developer, Jim Meredith, and his employees as Board of Directors.
**To do this your action is required***

You should have received or will receive in the mail a notice of a Special Meeting of the HOA to be held on Wednesday, April 1st at 7pm at our Amenity Center. Your Vote in this Election is critical. We need a large and significant turnout of residents for this election to demonstrate a unified voice and make a statement. The downside is if we are unable to get at least 250 residents to cast a ballot (in person or by proxy) to elect 3 homeowners to the HOA Board, control will revert back to the developer and the current serving 3 board members.
For those residents that have lived in Behrens Ranch for a while, you are fully aware of the challenges we’ve faced working with with the current HOA Board, which consists of the Developer and his employees. . Over the past 3 years, the residents of Behrens Ranch have demanded, and subsequentally denied, homeowner representation on the Board.The time has come for us to finally replace the current Board of Directors with Behrens Ranch residents, but WE NEED YOUR PARTICIPATION ON APRIL 7th (EITHER IN PERSON OR BY PROXY) TO ENSURE THIS HAPPENS!!!

Action Required Every Resident:

• Watch for the Special Meeting Notice being mailed to your home address and please read the contents…Registration starts at 6:30pm and the vote will be at 7:00pm
• Attend the meeting on April 1st and cast your ballet to elect 3 residents to the Board…please make every attempt to attend in person.
• If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, please find a neighbor or other resident of Behrens Ranch that will be attending the meeting and complete and sign over your “Proxy” form so they may vote on your behalf…you must complete the proxy in entirety and sign it for it to be valid
• The Advisory Committee will be at the Amenity Center on Wednesday, March 25th from 7pm-9pm if you would like to drop your proxy off to one of them.
• If you don’t have anyone to turn over the proxy to and still wish to do so, please send an email to AC@behrensranch.org and one of the AC will come by your house and pick it up.

Again, it is critical for all residents to understand that if we do not get at least ¼ of all the resident votes at the April 1St meeting by in person or by proxy the election will not be valid and the existing 3 non-resident Board members will remain in position, which is not in the best interest of the neighborhood.
