Dear neighbors of Behrens Ranch, the AC and HOA Board have authorized the Amenity Committee to perform an upgrade to the existing Playground and Playscape at the Amenity Center. This construction upgrade is expected to take a little over a week and is scheduled to occur beginning Wednesday, September 10th through approximately Monday, September 22nd (start date and re-opening date will depend on weather and other factors including material delivery). The play area will be completely closed during this period, so we apologize for any inconvenience.

The upgrade and extension of the playground is to provide additional play areas and play structure for slightly older children (ages 5-12) while continuing to provide a play area for the smaller children. We decided to upgrade and expand the existing play area to keep a contiguous play area so that parents can keep an eye on children of various ages in one play area instead of a second area on the other side of the Amenity Center. Special thanks to the Amenity Committee for soliciting homeowner amenity priorities and working within the constraints of our HOA budget to provide a very nice addition to our Amenity Area.
