New Amenity Center and Pool Access System Being Installed ***Resident Action Required*** 0
As many of you are already aware, the card access system for the pool became dysfunctional several weeks ago. After several failed repair attempts, we must now install an entirely new system for the Amenity Center and the gate for the pool. This new system will require every resident to obtain a new card key.
In an attempt to make this transition as easy as possible we will have 2 days where you can exchange your existing card keys for new ones. Certified Management (CMA) will have staff at the Amenity Center on August 18 and 19. Residents who do not exchange card keys at that time may pick up new card keys at the CMA office located at 2127 West Parmer Lane, Austin, TX 78727, starting the week of August 18th. CMA can only accept payments by check. No cash or credit card payments.
The dates and times are as follows:
· August 18, 2008 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
· August 19, 2008 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
The new system will be installed on August 21, 2008, and the system will be put in operation on August 22, 2008. At this point old cards will no longer work, and residents who need to enter the Amenity Center or the Pool area will be required to use their new cards.
To get a new card, each resident will have to surrender the old card key and be validated against the current homeowner list. Homeowners who are not current on dues will not be issued a new card key until payment is received. Certified Management will be accepting payments at the Amenity Center, but can only accept checks. No cash or credit cards. If you are behind on your dues, this now is the time to get current to ensure you do not have any issues obtaining your new pool key.
If you are current renters of a home in Behrens Ranch, you will need to notify the homeowner on file with CMA and obtain the new card key from them. If you have lost your old card key, you will be required to pay the $50 lost card fee to receive a new one.
