Behrens Ranch Needs You! 1

The Behrens Ranch Master Association Advisory Committee is currently seeking resident volunteers interested in serving on one of the many neighborhood sub-committees that assist the Advisory Committee in helping to govern the neighborhood.

The following positions are currently available:

  • Code Enforcement / Modifications Committee – Responsible for approving homeowner modification requests (landscaping, pools, patios, etc)
  • Community Events/Social Committee – Responsible for planning all social events/parties for the neighborhood
  • Neighborhood Communications Committee – Responsible for developing bi-monthly newsletter, website content, etc
  • Amenity Committee – Oversees current amenities (pool, common areas, etc) and develops long range future amenity plans for the neighborhood
  • Landscape Committee – Responsible for overseeing and developing current and long range plans for landscape in all common areas (watering, seasonal flowers, maintenance schedules, etc)

If you are interested in learning more about any of these committee positions or would like to serve on any of these, please contact the Behrens Ranch Advisory Committee (ac@behrensranch.org) by January 15th. No experience is necessary; you just need to be passionate about maintaining our neighborhood quality of life in Behrens Ranch.

Recent Car Break-ins 0

Neighborhood WatchPlease be advised there have been several reports of cars being broken into in the area. According to accounts in Behrens Ranch Forums, unlocked cars sitting outside overnight have been opened and items have been stolen.

Please make sure you lock your car doors and report any suspicious activity to the Round Rock Police Department.
