COMMUNITY MEETING – NOVEMBER 15th

The Planning and Community Development Department invites you to attend an informational meeting concerning the annexation of the Georgetown Railroad property south of FM 1431.

The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on November 15, in the community room of the McConico Building located at 301 W. Bagdad.

This approximate 805 acre tract will expand the northwest sector of our city considerably. Representatives from both the Planning and Transportation Departments will be on hand to answer questions concerning proposed land uses and transportation implications for the area. This map (440K PDF) illustrates the area proposed for annexation along with proposed land uses.
